How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Expedited (2-3 days) is available at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $49.
What is your return policy?
30-day hassle-free returns on unused items. Email hello@theamericanpet.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid label within 24 hours.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at hello@theamericanpet.com.

Every product is vetted for safety and quality. Always check the product description for species guidance. When in doubt, consult your veterinarian.
