  • FIT CHECK FIRST: The frame is 29 in wide and 30 in tall. With the 4 in, 4 in and 7.9 in extensions it fits openings of 31-49“. Measure the narrowest point of the doorway. For openings under 31 in, choose the 29.5-42.5 in size.
  • ONE-SIZE CAT DOOR: The pet door opening is 7.5 in wide and 7.9 in tall. It slides up and locks at the top, and it has one height only. If a small dog could fit through, choose one of our sizes with an adjustable cat door instead.
  • NO DRILLING: Pressure mounted with 4 threaded tension rods, so there are no holes in your walls. Tighten each rod until the gate is firm. Made for doorways and hallways; do not use a pressure gate at the top of stairs.
  • WALK THROUGH: The door swings both ways and closes on its own when opened less than 90 degrees, so it is easy to pass through with your hands full. Check that the latch clicks into place after closing.
  • STURDY METAL FRAME: Steel frame with a matte finish and bars 2 in apart. In the box: 1 gate, 3 extensions (4 in, 4 in, 7.9 in), 4 threaded tension rods, 4 bottom extension joints [and 4 wall pads] and an install guide.
